Workshops & Retreats
Workshops and retreats designed to help individuals and organizations heal, grow, dream, succeed, love, and be resilient.
The Signature DARE Programs
The DARE programs are Angela’s signature suite of transformation experiences — developed over 25+ years of coaching, facilitating, and accompanying individuals and organizations through real change.
Each program takes its name from a courageous invitation: to Dare to do the inner work that leads to lasting transformation. They are faith-integrated, evidence-informed, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
DARE programs are available as keynote presentations, half-day retreats, full-day intensives, or weekend experiences — for individuals, parishes,
organizations, and teams.

The Program is intended to HELP participants:

- Identify their own comfort level with both welcome and unwelcome change
- Recognize how internal desire and resistance to changes impact how we successfully respond and manage these changes
- Develop new awareness and tools to more fully embrace “the new” in their own lives
This interactive presentation facilitates introspection and small group discussion that provides participants an opportunity for close examination of specific change events in their own lives. They will consider:
- Welcome Change – there are changes in our lives that we hope for, plan for, and look forward to – new home, new job, new baby are all examples of big changes, but there are also many little changes that occur in our day to day. Even the welcome changes may bring unwelcome or unanticipated results.
- Unwelcome Change – there are many changes in our lives that are unplanned, unexpected, and out of our control – layoff, serious diagnosis, death of loved one, are all examples of some of these big changes, but there are also many little unwelcome changes occurring that impact daily life.
By the end of the program, participants will be in a better position to recognize their comfort level and responses to changes in their own lives. They will begin to develop tools to help manage both welcome and unwelcome change in order to more fully embrace “the new”.
